This Privacy Statement sets out how TKL uses and protects any information that the Client gives to TKL when the Client uses this website.

TKL is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should TKL ask you to provide information by which the Client can be identified (‘Personal Data’) when using this website, then it will only be used in accordance with this Privacy Statement.
TKL may change this policy from time to time by updating this page and Clients are advised to check this page from time to time.

What may be collected

TKL may collect the following Personal Data:
Name and payment details
Contact information including but not limited to email address, postal address and telephone numbers

What TKL will do with the information

TKL requires this Personal Data for the following reasons:
To process your order and obtain payment
Internal record keeping
To comply with any and all UK laws which are or may become applicable to the running of the business of TKL

Sharing of Personal data

Personal Data will not be stored in a database nor shared with any third party unless TKL is legally obliged to do so. TKL will, however retain Clients Personal Data for as long as is required by any UK law or for 18months, which ever is the longer, following delivery of such Personal Data. For the avoidance of doubt Personal Data will not be used for marketing purposes nor sold on to any third party.

Security

Clients Personal Data will be kept secure whilst in TKLs possession and when no longer required for the purposes set out in this Privacy Statement will be securely disposed.

The Client may request a copy of their Personal Data, which may be held by TKL. Any such request must be made in writing and must be accompanied by appropriate identification. TKL will not release Personal Data unless she is certain that the person requesting said Personal Data is the lawful owner, The Client.
